Whether you are a parent of a teenager, or young person seeking mental health care, you are feeling the push-pull of the needs for both independence and protection. I listen deeply to teens' concerns, and I support them in exploring and claiming their emerging identities. I teach coping skills to safely navigate painful moments, and I help teens learn and practice healthy relationship behaviors.
Depression & Anxiety
The draining thoughts and emotions of depression and anxiety can compromise not only our ability to fulfill our responsibilities, but also our relationships and self-worth. Life Transitions
